Emma Slee

Emma recently moved into Jones Whyte’s newly formed client services team as a team leader. Emma came from a client services role in a previous firm of solicitors and was excited to join this newly forming team to implement knowledge and experience following a long service in a similar role.

Emma oversees a team of new business advisors who are responsible for obtaining initial details from our new clients with potential claims for personal injury due to an accident. Emma assesses the merits of claims and provides advice to the handlers in her team on how to proceed and provides advice to enquires at the initial stages of a claim, which is often a daunting experience for our clients.

Emma’s team deal with a variety of personal injury claims from Clinical negligence to Road traffic accidents.

The most rewarding part of the role is assisting a client in what can often be a traumatic time and assisting them in securing compensation and justice for what has happened for them.
