Emma deals with the administration and setting up of Family Protection Trusts. Gathering all relevant information and translating this into the official documentation as well as managing the Trust and ensuring that any instructions from the client were carried out efficiently.

Emma has recently moved on to the reviewing process.  The administration of McClures and acquisition from Jones Whyte resulted in thousands of clients requiring attention in relation to their Trust.

The review process is to ensure clients are well aware of the position of their Trust and any recommendations we would advise for them to move forward. Our team are responsible for being the initial point of contact a client will speak to, making sure they are at ease and understand their situation and know their options as well as answering any questions that they may have.

Should a client wish to proceed we then do an extensive review of the Trust set up previously by McClures to make note of what is held in the trust as well as any other information we come across that is crucial to the smooth running of their Trust.

The most rewarding part of our work is that we are turning a situation which unfortunately was quite sad and disappointing for our clients into a hopeful resolution, providing them with some security and trust that they can rely on us for the management of their Trust, which holds some of their most important assets for their beneficiaries.
