Douglas joined Jones Whyte in September 2023 and is a member of our group actions department. He qualified as a solicitor at the end of 2025.
He attended the University of Strathclyde for his LLB (Honours) and the University of Glasgow for his Diploma in PLP. Prior to working at Jones Whyte, he gained experience at a busy conveyancing firm in Glasgow as a legal assistant during his studies.
Working within the group actions team has allowed Douglas to be a part of an area of law which hones his interests in dealing with resolving matters for clients against larger corporations. He is experienced in a wide range of personal injury actions. This versatility has given him the confidence to act in different litigation actions in Scotland.
