Dominic is an Associate Solicitor who heads up the Group Litigation team. He is one of the leading lawyers in this field in Scotland and has been instrumental in achieving excellent settlements for clients in this new area of law.
Dominic represents groups of workers and customers who have experienced losses and helps to maximise compensation. He, along with a handful of other solicitors, was involved in the first ever group action in Scotland, which delivered an excellent result for more than 7,000 clients.
He works on a variety of cases, including data breach, mis-sold finance and personal injury. He appears at the Personal Injury Court and has instructed counsel at the Court of Session.
Dominic is part of the Scotland-wide steering group on Group Litigation and works with colleagues across the profession to ensure best practice and maximise results for clients.
He has previously worked more broadly in personal injury law, including road traffic claims and accidents at work. He also has experience in conveyancing.
