Dominic Ritchie

Dominic is an Associate Solicitor within our Personal Injury Litigation team.

Acting for clients with cases from the Sheriff Courts to the Court of Session, Dominic has appeared in courts throughout Scotland.

Dominic’s key area of expertise is in acting for our clients who have suffered personal losses due to an injury. He primarily deals with pursuing claims on behalf of individuals but also has experience in defender work including representing some of the UK’s largest insurance companies.

Dominic has expertise and experience in dealing with all types of Personal Injury work arising from workplace accidents, road traffic accidents, accidents in public places, criminal injuries compensation claims and medical negligence cases.

Dominic has expertise in Group Litigation Actions and was one of a handful of Solicitors involved in Scotland’s first “class action’. Dominic leads and is growing our team to cover this new area of the law in Scotland.
