David Marshall

David is a Solicitor in the Immigration team at Jones Whyte, working across all aspects of immigration law including visas, asylum, naturalisation, and fresh claims. His work spans everything from taking witness statements and compiling evidence to attending tribunal and supporting clients through the full application process.

David takes a personal approach to every case, and this is something clients have already recognised, with many expressing confidence in his ability to represent them from the outset.
