Daniah is a second-year trainee solicitor who has graduated from the University of Strathclyde with a Dual LLB (Hons) in Scottish and English Law. After graduating, Daniah worked in an Asylum & Immigration Law firm in Glasgow for several years where she greatly contributed to the firm to flourish. Also, Daniah had the opportunity to solely work closely with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. During the Pandemic of Covid-19, Daniah decided to complete her Diploma degree, whilst still working with the Asylum & Immigration Law firm. Daniah then joined Jones Whyte in April 2022.
Daniah has worked with a wide range of clients, handling a variety of complex cases. Furthermore, she has worked with vulnerable clients, as well as dealing with business immigration clients. With the current increase in immigration and the uprise of commerce in the Middle East, Daniah’s fluency in Arabic has assisted in communicating with clients without barriers to communication.
Daniah truly enjoys working in the area of Asylum, Immigration and Human Rights, as that is what she is passionate about. As Daniah is a people person where she enjoys doing a lot of community work to assist in the development of the refugees and to help them to integrate into British society.
