Colin is a Senior Consultant within the Family Law team, providing invaluable support to individuals experiencing relationship breakdowns, which impact both them and their children. He believes that every success is of equal importance, with his top priority is always to assist the client.

With 33 years of experience as a solicitor, including 16 years as a partner in his own firm, Colin brings a wealth of expertise to our Family Law team. In addition to Family Law, Colin has also handled cases involving debt recovery, criminal defence, employment law, and contract disputes.

One of Colin’s most compelling cases involved a petition for Declarator of Death, raised by a father whose daughter had been missing and untraceable for the requisite 7 years.

Outside of work, Colin is actively engaged in his local community, particularly in football, where he has been involved for many years, contributing his time to coaching and management.
