Chloe Sneddon

Chloe is a Partner leading the Clinical Negligence team. She works closely with clients who have experienced medical negligence in areas such misdiagnosis, birth injuries and dental claims. She also works with families who have been bereaved as a result of medical negligence. She and her team have a track record of settling cases to the satisfaction of their clients, while focusing on making the process compassionate, simple and straightforward.

Chloe has also worked extensively with those who have experienced personal injury. She has secured compensation for clients in many areas, including those who have been involved in accidents at work and in public.

She is a key part of the successful team which led to Jones Whyte winning both the Scottish Legal Awards and Law Awards of Scotland ‘Firm of the Year’ in 2021 and to its continuing success as one of Scotland’s fastest growing law firms.
