Chloe Boyd

Chloe previously worked at another personal injury firm within their new enquiries department for 4 years before joining Jones Whyte in 2021.

Chloe now focuses solely on helping clients start the process of their road traffic accident claim by taking a detailed statement as to the circumstances, and their injuries and establishing what heads of claim they can pursue. Once all necessary details have been gathered Chloe sets up their file and issues the relevant paperwork via email; assisting with completion if required.

Chloe is responsible for obtaining the correct fault insurers to intimate the Pre-Action Protocol form in line with the Compulsory Pre-Action Protocol and then allocating the claim to a handler to progress the matter for the client.
