Charlotte Richmond

Charlotte studied LLB at Glasgow Caledonian University and graduated in 2022 with a First Class Honours degree. Thereafter, she went to do the Diploma at the University of Strathclyde. During her time on the Diploma, she worked part-time as a Legal Assistant at Jones Whyte, before starting her traineeship in June 2023.

Currently, Charlotte works within the Litigation/ Personal Injury department and deals specifically with noise-induced hearing loss claims. She looks to recover compensation for those who have suffered hearing loss as a result of their noisy working environment. Charlotte is really enjoying this role and it has allowed her to learn a lot about the litigation process. For the second seat of her traineeship, she will join the Medical Negligence department.
