Carli Cooper

Carli is a Solicitor within the Clinical Negligence team. She works closely with clients who have experienced medical negligence in areas such misdiagnosis, birth injuries and hospital acquired infections. She also works with families who have been bereaved as a result of medical negligence. 

She has a record of settling cases to the satisfaction of their clients, while focusing on making the process compassionate, simple and straightforward. 

Carli appears in the Personal Injury Court and Sheriff Court and works with clients and families to secure maximum compensation, which can run to the hundreds of thousands of pounds. 

She has previously worked more broadly in personal injury law, including road traffic accidents and accidents at work. 

Carli is a key part of the successful team which led to Jones Whyte winning both the Scottish Legal Awards and Law Awards of Scotland ‘Firm of the Year’ in 2021 and to its continuing success as one of Scotland’s fastest growing law firms.
