Anna Campbell

Anna is a Senior Solicitor within the Personal Injury team. She specialises in fatal and catastrophic injury claims. Anna has a record of settling cases to the satisfaction of her clients, while focusing on making the process compassionate, simple, and straightforward.

Anna is experienced in handling complex and high-value cases, with settlements in the hundreds of thousands of pounds. She is dual qualified in Scots and English law. She appears regularly at the Personal Injury Court and has instructed counsel at the Court of Session.

She deals with clients who have experienced personal injury in various ways, including road traffic collisions, pedestrian accidents, fatal accidents, and non-accidental injuries.

Anna also has specialised knowledge of the law when it comes to historic childhood abuse cases and is experienced in navigating these claims with the utmost sensitivity while maximising compensation for clients.
