Amy Kelly

Amy Kelly is a Litigation Solicitor within the Litigation Team in our West George Street Office. Amy joined Jones Whyte in June 2020 after maternity leave bringing 8 years’ worth of varied experience in dealing with personal injury claims. Within Amy’s role, she deals with a wide selection of cases inclusive of employer liability cases and road traffic collisions that result in both minor and major injuries. Amy’s caseload includes cases where liability is disputed; including cases where injury is also disputed. Amy has responsibility for dealing with cases, which have been raised within the Scottish Court System, as well as cases that have not yet been raised. As a result, Amy deals with the Court, Solicitors, Paralegals and clients on a daily basis in order to progress cases as efficiently as possible for her clients. The most rewarding part of Amy’s job is maximising her clients’ settlement and bringing her clients closure on the matter as early as possible.
