Amy Kelly

Amy is a Partner within the Personal Injury team.  She specialises in road traffic accident claims. Amy has a record of settling cases to the satisfaction of her clients, while focusing on making the process compassionate, simple and straightforward. 

Amy is experienced at handling complex cases, including minor and major injuries, driver claims, cycling accidents and pedestrian injuries. 

She has extensive experience in cases where there is a dispute over liability or allegation of fraud and has a record of success, in particular in cases which other firms have deemed ‘unwinnable’. 

Amy appears regularly at the Sheriff Court and the Personal Injury Court and frequently achieves the maximum settlement for her clients. 

She is a key part of the successful team which led to Jones Whyte winning both the Scottish Legal Awards and Law Awards of Scotland ‘Firm of the Year’ in 2021 and to its continuing success as one of Scotland’s fastest growing law firms.
