Amy is a Senior Solicitor within the Personal Injury team.  She specialises in road traffic accident claims. Amy has a record of settling cases to the satisfaction of her clients, while focusing on making the process compassionate, simple and straightforward. 

Amy is experienced at handling complex cases, including minor and major injuries, driver claims, cycling accidents and pedestrian injuries. 

She has extensive experience in cases where there is a dispute over liability or allegation of fraud and has a record of success, in particular in cases which other firms have deemed ‘unwinnable’. 

Amy appears regularly at the Sheriff Court and the Personal Injury Court and frequently achieves the maximum settlement for her clients.
