Alexia Franks

Alexia is a Legal Consultant within our Estate Planning team. Her role involves drafting Wills and Power of Attorney agreements, as well as advising clients on issues such as Inheritance Tax and the protection of assets. She works alongside various charities that we have partnered with.

Alexia graduated cum laude from the University of South Africa and is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. She has experience in estate planning, executry and trust management. She obtained the highest mark in South Africa for her Wills and Estates Attorneys admission examination in August 2022 and immediately knew that she had found her passion. Alexia also has experience in dispute resolution, conveyancing and contractual law.

Her warm yet professional approach has aided her in approaching delicate matters with care and compassion.
