We are investigating a potential group claim against Mercedes-Benz. They are alleged to have fitted a ‘cheat device’ into their cars in order to reduce diesel emissions. This device ensured that cars would pass the EU Emissions Regulations tests.

In the UK, there are approximately 84,000 drivers who own or lease a diesel Mercedes-Benz vehicle. All of these drivers may be entitled to compensation of up to 75% of the purchase price of the vehicle.
