Our client was advised by the negligent dentist to use mouthwash in previous years and had never referred her to periodontal treatment. As a result of the delay in diagnosing the client, the prognosis of her teeth had become poor, and our expert anticipated that she would imminently lose some of her teeth.

Legal action was initiated as the dentist’s insurer had refused to settle the claim pre litigation.
